Mold Design & Mold Making
Mold Design involves the process of designing molds used in the production of plastic and aluminum parts. Imajin utilizes three types of software: Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) in the mold-making process.
On the other hand, Mold Making is the process of crafting tools, typically made from metal, used to produce specific shapes or designs. The mold components are assembled to conduct trials in creating aluminum cast or plastic products, which can later be mass-produced.

How It Works
1. Submit a Request
Provide details about the product you require, such as dimensions, materials, and any other specific requirements. For manufacturing, provide manufacturing specifications such as material, part specifications, desired mold material composition, and the machines to be used in production.
2. Process
Our experienced engineers will create a design that aligns with your specifications or assemble parts that have been processed through CAD, CAM, and/or CAE using CNC cutting. You can also collaborate with them to ensure the product meets your needs.
