Die Design & Die Making
Die design is the process of creating molds used in the production of sheet metal. Imajin utilizes three types of software: Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) in the die-making process.
On the other hand, Die Making is the process of crafting tools, typically made from metal, used to produce specific shapes or designs. The die components are assembled to conduct experiments in creating sheet metal, which can later be mass-produced.

How It Works
1. Submit a Request
Provide details about the product you require, such as dimensions, materials, and any other specific requirements. For manufacturing, provide manufacturing specifications such as material, part specifications, desired die material composition, and the machines to be used in production.
2. Process
Our experienced engineers will create a design that aligns with your specifications or assemble parts that have been processed through CAD, CAM, and/or CAE using CNC cutting. You can also collaborate with them to ensure the product meets your needs.
